Jankey was loved by many of the volunteers and staff at the shelter he was living in. He was very friendly and loved to rub up against your leg until you gave him pets. He also participated in the shelter’s “gentle and dainty” playgroup and was very sociable.
A concerned volunteer noticed Jankey was depressed and lethargic. She contacted Two Pups Wellness Fund and with their funding took him to the clinic where Jankey received extensive medical testing. He was eventually treated for a severe upper respiratory infection. Jankey made a full recovery after a week of treatment and was adopted the same day he returned to the shelter. He now has two fur siblings and is named Boone.
